Are you planning on Vending?

We have guests coming from all over the US and Canada! If you would like to sell your BJD merchandise at our convention, you will need to fill out the Vending Registration Form. Venders will be chosen based on the merchandise offered so as to not over-saturate any one particular merchandise type.

    we'll put it on your badge so other people can recognize your online name.
    Starting this year we will be featuring an email newsletter, which will include information on our Guests of Honor, panels as they are announced, reserved workshops as they become available, and the official convention doll! This will be a monthly newsletter, with a few additional updates closer to the convention for last minute information. We promise not to fill your inbox!
    T-Shirt: The official convention shirt is a men's sized t-shirt with the STLBJDCON logo and convention date embroidered on it. Shirts are $35.               
    Volunteering: If you would like to help make the convention that much more enjoyable for both yourself and everyone else, consider volunteering! We are looking for volunteers for both before the convention and during the convention itself.
